## Questions

### Do I need technical training to use this method?

No. You collect documents, ask written questions and compare the answers. A designer, an engineer or a contract adviser checks the technical and legal parts.

### Does the course give typical dock prices?

No. It shows dated kit prices from public pages only to explain why a kit price is not an installed budget. Ask for written local quotes.

### Does passing the exam mean I can approve a contract?

No. The certificate of completion records that you passed the exam of this site. It does not replace a contract adviser, an engineer or the local authority.
